Eaten within an hour of finishing exercise.

Banana Yogurt Almonds and Honey 224 Cal

2 Dollops of Jalna Premium Yogurt
1/2 Banana Sliced
6 Almonds Chopped
1/2 tsp of Honey

Add Jalna Yogurt to a bowl.
Add Banana and Almonds to the yogurt.
Drizzle with a small amount of Honey.

It takes 2 minutes to prepare, and stops you from falling over after a session.
